Weight Limit
For the comfort and wellbeing of the camels, a maximum weight limit of 130 kg per rider applies.
Children
Children aged 0–6 ride free when accompanied by a parent on the same camel, provided the combined weight does not exceed 130 kg. Children aged 7–12 are charged at half price.
Weather
Tours operate in most weather conditions. In cases of extreme weather, your tour may be rescheduled or cancelled — you will be notified in advance and offered a full refund or alternative time.

Why do camels wear muzzles?
The muzzles worn by our camels are a standard safety measure — they allow for comfortable, controlled grazing and ensure a relaxed experience for both the animals and our guests.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended. A complimentary traditional headscarf is provided at the start of your ride.
How long is the experience in total?
Including hotel transfers, the full experience takes around 2 hours for the 1-hour ride and around 2.5 hours for the 90-minute ride.
